Take some time to study the descriptions below. Talk to yourself about the move in new ways. Focus your mind on positive thinking. Choose an affirmations to make your own:

December | Holiday Angel Project 

For a second year Elder Service Providers are partnering with Meals on Wheels and More and the Bellingham Senior Activity Center (BSAC) to bring some holiday cheer to local seniors. Meals on Wheels and BSAC staff will identify low income seniors who are most isolated/ have limited family or supports and ask them for a gift request in the $20-$30 range.

ESP members who volunteer to participate will be matched to a senior and provided with his or her gift request by November 21st.  Gifts should be wrapped and brought to the December ESP meeting on December 7th or delivered to the Bellingham Senior Activity Center no later than Friday, December 14th
