Your organization is invited to participate as a vendor at Meals on Wheels and More’s 20th annual “Senior Day in the Park” at Hovander Homestead Park in Ferndale on Wednesday, August 8th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Senior Day in the Park is a great venue for Whatcom County seniors to become acquainted with a variety of local resources available to them in a relaxed setting. In recent years the event has been attended by over 350 seniors. The cost of a vendor table at this event is $135, which includes two lunch tickets, a 6’ display table, and recognition in the event’s program. There is an additional charge of $50 for access to an electrical outlet (limited access). Event Sponsorships are available.

Vendor tables will be located on the lawn just south of the Group Picnic Shelter. This area does not have a lot of shade, thus your representatives may want to bring a tent or umbrella. Vendor tables/ locations will be assigned, with prime spots (i.e. shade and/ or close to the picnic area) going to event sponsors and early registrants. To guarantee your organization a place as a vendor, please complete the attached registration form and return it to us by June 30th. After June 30th, vendor spots are not guaranteed and the price increases to $175.
